Existing Home - Onsite Design Consultation - $675
2-Hour Design Consultation, including walkthrough and viewing of interior space.
- Perfect for those who want to reimagine their existing home, or those that need new fresh ideas to revive their current space. Includes my recommendations for paint color & wallpaper options, lighting, rug, furniture and art. Colors, sizes, and where to source items would also be provided in the design report, which you will receive by email after the consultation.
- Your design report will include the design ideas, my recommendations, and the final plan for you to follow and implement in your space.
Room Design Package - $1000
Ideal design package for those seeking a professional design guide to follow, but are interested in implementing the plan yourself. With this package I will create a design plan that suits your style and needs, all you have to do is purchase! You will have complete control over ordering and purchasing the items according to the design plan.
- Furniture placement floor plan designed to your custom measurements
- Mood board presentation emailed directly to you (edits can be purchased separately)
- Furniture Selections (with online shoppable links)
- A full estimate of all recommended furniture and decor elements
Designer For A Day - $1200
5-Hour in-person or virtual time with Susan!
- You and Susan will spend the day shopping for your home. Designing your home can be overwhelming, instead allow me to guide you through the shopping and design experience. Whether it be for furniture and accessories, paint and wallpaper, flooring or fixtures, we will address your home project goals.
- This service can also be done by the designer alone to check off all design needs on your list and free up your time!
- Great gift idea for a family member or friend (mom-to-be, newlyweds, parent, etc.)
Bathroom Redesign Selections - $1125
Fixtures and finishes can make or break your overall design. With so many options, many homeowners can get overwhelmed with the process, that is where I step in! I will select all of the fixtures and finishes such as flooring, cabinetry, backsplash, paint color, lighting, wall finishes, as well as plumbing fixtures to match your home’s style. I will provide you with the following:
- Shoppable links for the client to purchase the product directly.
- Includes product mood board providing a vision of items in a room setting
- Product details and links will be included
- Products are selected according to service consultation, as well as from, virtual and email correspondence between the client and designer.
- Includes 1 revision of initial products specified.
- Does not include changes to the initial scope of work specified by the client pertaining to this specific project and after initial product selection has been executed. Additional design time must be purchased in order to change the scope of work.
- This service doesn't not include any project management or contractor interaction. It specifically is for product selection.
- NOTE: The designer is not responsible for the specifications of chosen products for this type of design service. All product specifications selected should be reviewed by the client's contractor or installer.

My interior redesign services are a smart alternative to traditional interior design, as your existing furniture and belongings are utilized and integrated into the project vision. This package is designed per room, with additional hours to be purchased for a redesign of your whole home.

My Complete Interior Design Package includes everything from start to finish. We’ll begin with your design consultation, I will then create a detailed design plan, and finally move forward to your home project completion. If you’ve been envisioning your dream home and prefer the professionals to fully complete your room, or home, then this package is for you. This design package and pricing is outlined for one room of your home, but additional hours can be purchased to customize the package for multiple rooms. Includes overseeing installation of furniture, wall art and accessories.

Designing your home from start to finish is an exciting, but intimidating task. Let me make the process enjoyable and stress free! I work with your building team to bring your vision to life. This complete design package is outlined per room, but additional hours can be purchased if remodeling multiple rooms or your entire home.
- Review of current construction floor plans and ideas
- Review of construction elevations
- Review of construction electrical plans
- Detailed list of all hard materials
- Material selections, including: tiles, flooring, fixtures, lighting, cabinets, etc.
- Paint or wallpaper selections
- 3-D Design Presentation
- Includes up to 4 hours of project management time after the presentation is completed, but more hours can be purchased if needed.
