Construction and Remodeling Design
Designing your home from start to finish is an exciting but intimidating task. Let us make the process enjoyable and stress-free! We work with your building team to bring your vision to life — including:
- Review of current construction floor plans and ideas.
- Review of construction elevations.
- Review of construction electrical plans.
- A detailed list of all hard materials.
- Material selections, including tiles, flooring, fixtures, lighting, cabinets, etc. (Ask us about our in-house lines of cabinetry).
- Paint or wallpaper selections.
- 3-D Design Presentation.
Onsite Redesign Consultation
Our onsite redesign consultation is perfect for those who want to reimagine their existing home or need new fresh ideas to review their current space. Usually two hours long, it includes:
- Walk through and viewing of interior space.
- Recommendations for paint color & wallpaper options, lighting, rug, furniture, and art
- Colors, sizes, and where to source items
A design report with details about the ideas, recommendations, and the final plan for you to follow and implement in your space will be emailed to you after the appointment.
New Home Move-In Design Service
Imagine walking into your new home for the first time and seeing it furnished and organized according to your specific needs and preferences. With the help of our expert New Home Move-In Design Service, that's exactly what you can expect!
Susan will do a walk-through of your existing home to inventory all of your furniture and belongings, then create a schematic for furniture placement in your new home. This diagram will help the movers know where to place everything so that you can maximize space and functionality in your new home. It also makes your move less stressful - you don't have to direct the movers as much!
